THEY, TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE BELOW THEM. THEY RUN COMPANY LIKE A PLANTATION, UNDERCOVER RACISISM. THEY HAVE ALL THE CULTRAL PEOPLE SLAVEING, FOR NEXT TO NOTHING AND WANT A GOOD JOB THEY PROMISE AFTER 90 DAYS THEY WILL HIRE YOU IN AND DON'T. BREAKS SUCK, YOU CAN NEVER GET TO A MICROWAVE TO WARM YOU FOOD AND IT'S ONLY 2 MICROWAVES THAT WORK, AND IF YOU DON'T EAT IT'S FINE AND THE BREAK AREA'S ARE FILTHY. THE WORK AREA'S A JUST AS FILTHY WITH THE FOOD EXPOSED. NO GOOD HEALTH PRACTICES AROUND THE FOOD. THEY ALSO ALOW RACIAL DESCIMANATION AGAINST ALL WHO ARE NOT OF THE WHITE RACE. THEY LOOK FOR REASONS TO WRITE PEOPLE UP AND TRY AND FIRE THEM,

Crikey! I just read this today, and thought, "Wow, I remember working with a temp like Tika". Her comments don't surprise me in the sense that Tika may simply be nothing more than a chronic complainer, whose job performance (and her inability to spell or read well) and all around attitude of 'entitlement' may have cost her more than one job in her lifetime.
Yes, the line for the microwaves can be an issue, so pack sandwiches and foods that won't need warming. Yes, the pay may be low, but TEMP workers are there to prove our worth so we could get hired at a higher rate of pay. And there are a lot of us minorities in temp work, and no sense of elitism/racism/sexism from the management - the only observed behaviors were from the TEMP workers!
So, if you're looking for temp work (or full-time work), I wouldn't listen to the likes of Tika - interview there and see for yourself.
