Rotita Have not received refund and it's been two months China Internet

I ordered some items from rotit.com on July 17, 2015. The order was shipped to my friend in Chicago since they were a gift to me for her. The post office claimed it wasn't deliverable but the address was correct. However they proceed to return the package the next day instead of giving my friend time to have the post office hold it so she could pick it up. She put in a request and the still returned it. I notified rotita.com. They say wait patientply and I won't get but 60 % of my paid purchase. It is now October 10 and I still have not received a refund. They still claim they have not received the package.
