Rotita Will not respond to ticket with photos of wrong color item sent. Internet

Ordered solid blue dress in December 2016. Dress they sent is purple with blue under skirt. I opened ticket and uploaded picture of wrong item they sent and also picture of item I ordered. They claim they sent right color. If I can find where to upload pictures with this report, I will do so. I have been sending requests for return label for two weeks now. They are no longer responding to my requests in the ticket to send me a return label and give me a refund.

Here is their latest response:

1. you can only return through post office and you need pay the postage yourself
2. we will issue a 60% refund in 3 working days after we receive the returned order.
3.you need put your order number on the package
4. return address is : Fang En (Tel:13917409903)
Room3206 , #999 Ningqiao Road, Pudong , Shanghai, 201206, China
5. please send us the tracking info (tracking number or picture of the receipt of return postage) of the returned order after you do the return."

But I did get a location!

Here is their latest response:

"We checked with our product department, they confirmed that the top part of item is slightly different from the bottom part, it is the correct item. I will try my best to apply 20% compensation for you, okay?"


They finally responded...but it's not good!

"Dear customer, we are sorry that your item does not meet your expectation, and we will do better. How about you keep your item and I help apply a 15% compensation to your user center? You can use the store credit for your next purchase. As for the item you got, you can gift it or donate it or sell it online at a great price. As you know, if you return it, it will cost you much for the shipping fee as you need return your item to China. And we issue a 60% refund for returned orders. The shipping fee and handling fee we spent on your order when shipping the order out, this part cannot be refundable. If you still want to return your items, we will send you the return address."

Only 60% refund not full refund, if I return item, when they sent wrong item. Additionally, they want me to pay for return shipping. Bottom line: they refuse to give me any type of refund and will only give me 60% if I return at my cost! No way to run a business. I always give full refund and pay for return shipping, even if the buyer simply changes their mind.

Also, I ordered in January 2017, not December 2016. Got the month wrong.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME OFTEN AS WELL TO KEEP BILKING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.
