Rotstein & Shiiffman failure to notify in a timely matter that they were not coming to my hearing daytona beach Florida
For several years I had retined this firm to represent me in NC for my disability hearing. Always provided them with all the informtion asked for even income information. I was told by them I could work up to 20 hours a week or not make ver 1050 a month and I never did. Finally got a court date after years of waiting. Talked with Devin from the firm last week about my case and she said we look great for court.
My hearing was Tuesday, May 19 at 2:30. Monday I checked my mail box and there is a letter stating they are not coming.
Parachute lawyes is what they are. If they can get flight in that day for court and its not expensive maybe they will come or maybe they will pay some local idiot to show up and represent you. They left me hanging after years of working with them on my case.
Unprofessional is not even the word for this company and I will file a formal complaint. If you see this company listed,,,run run run. They ruined my life and wasted years of my life waiting for my trial.
