Complaint Review: Rotten Neighbors

I lived on this block for a year. Thank God I'm outa there. A supposedly unoccupied house, where drug dealers parked in the driveway at night, taking cell phone calls, and seeing frequent short term drive up visitors, and sold drugs out of their BMW and other cars. Some of the cars had no license plates. I had a good view of them from my window. They got stuff out of the back of this supposedly unoccupied house, hid it under the hood of their car. They threw their garbage all over the yard, and of course it ended up in the yard next door. They kept pit bull puppies chained up in the back yard, alone, all night and all day, in pouring rain, or in the summer heat. The poor dog cried and cried. We called the City codes, animal services, the neighborhood crime watch group, the police but nothing changed, except the cars that drove in and out of there. I hope the city throws all you scumbags in jail and demolishes that drug house. I hope those pit bulls get adopted by caring people and live their lives out in comfort and luxury, with big yards too run free. The no show landlord should be barred from running a business for life. Pathetic!
