This company "prides" itself on customer service but I have received anything but service from them.
They did a horrible job treating my house and lawn--the ants and spiders came back 2 weeks later. I called for a re-treat, they couldn't send someone out--and when they did schedule it, they called that day to cancel and reschedule.
Of course, this happened AFTER I gave them an annual fee to come out quarterly and treat my house and yard.
I am now in the process of trying to get a credit applied to my credit card to remove the last 3 treatments since they can't seem to get back out to my house.
DO NOT contract with these people. If you do, DO NOT give them an annual fee upfront. They are rip-offs!
