I used Rouge Force Security in January 2010 to guard the upscale condos we were overseeing the construction of in North Scottsdale, AZ.
I dealt directly with the "President" "ADAM DI RAFFAELE" from the beginning, he assured me that though his company was a start-up he was more then capable to handle the job. He claims to have 10 years of experience in the the security industry, I later found this not to be true AT ALL. After running a background check, I learned Adam has no job history in security services and a spotty job record with many fraudulent companies.
After only a week of contracting with Rouge Force we began to run into problems with the guards showing up on time and staying at their post. The guards they sent looked sloppy and appeared to be day laborers they found at Home Depot. I was shocked after Adam made such big promises and knew we were taking a risk with a young company like Rouge Force...a risk that was not wise.
The final straw came 2 weeks in when we had a large Copper order come in, and it was very important to have the property secure. I contacted Adam to let him know ahead of time how important this was. Sure enough the guard supposedly fell asleep at the post and that very night over $12,000 in materials were stolen. I would not be surprised if the Di Raffaele Brothers were behind the theft as it seems a too coincidental.
They have refused to make contact since that night, my company is currently in the process of legal action toward Rouge Force.

I WILL BE WATCHING PEOPLE'S COURT ON NETWORK TV TO SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT.
TO THE CLIENT: ER, SHOULDN'T YOU HAVE RUN YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE YOU HIRED THE COMPANY TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY COMPLAINTS ON THEM FILED WITH THE STATE AGENCY THAT LICENSES PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE CONTRACTORS?
EACH ONE OF THOSE SECURITY GUARD EMPLOYEES IS SUPPOSED TO BE LICENSED AND BACKGROUND CHECKED BY THE STATE AGENCY WHICH LICENSES PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES CONTRACTORS. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SEE THEIR REGISGTRATION CARD OR CALL THE STATE AGENCY TO VERIFY OR WERE YOU JUST TOO LAZY TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND WANTED TO SKIMP BY ON THE CHEAP AND YOU GOT BURNED. OR, FOR ALL I KNOW, YOU WANTED TO MAKE IT APPEAR YOU HAD GOTTEN BURNED AND MAKE SOME SECURITY COMPANY THE FALL GUY.
IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS, I WOULDN'T BUY A DOG HOUSE FROM YOU.
AND TO THE SECURITY COMPANY GUY: YOU DIDN'T CHECK OUT TO SEE WHO YOU WERE DEALING WITH? YOU DID REGISTER YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH THE PROPER STATE AGENCY AND YOU DID PAY ALL OF THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SAME ---INCLUDING A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND SOCIAL SECURITY VERIFICATION, RIGHT?
