Complaint Review: Rough Country Rustic Furniture

Rough Country Rustic Furniture Rough Country Rustic Furniture and Decor Ignored notifications of new address for 3 months and sent product to old address. Cost $100 in shipping to ship to new address. Mountain Grove Missouri

I ordered a concealment cabinet in June, and was aware it would take a few months to receive (custom made).  We received PCS orders in August of our next Duty Station.  I called, emailed and also contacted them via Facebook, telling them we were moving.  We found our new home in Oct., and I forwarded the address immediately.  No response.  In Nov., after I had not received any responses (since Sept), I contacted my bank for a refund.  Within 48 hours, I received confirmation from Rough Country it had shipped, but no tracking information.  They never provided this, even after 2 or 3 emails requesting (they never answer the phone). 

We left our last home on Nov 20, and the product was delivered Nov 21.  A kind neighbor grabbed it, put it in his garage and called.  He was nice enough to take it to UPS to ship to our 'now' home in Alabama.  Cost: $100.  Still no word from Rough Country.

#1 Embarrassed they claim to be Veteran Owned...we are Military and take great pride in it

#2 Embarrassed they are in Missouri....this is my home state     

After researching (after the fact), I have found multiple complaints with the same grievances.  My lesson?  Research before spending!

All in all....an awful company to work with!
