Round point mortgage advertises low rates but then after underwriting closing cost increase. They also dont ever answer their phones and wont call you back. It is very frustrating. We turned in all our loan docs and asked if there would be any changes and they said no. They had us pay $400 for an appraisal that they dismissed and then wanted to use the lower building cost.
