This is the worse dealerships i have ever encountered. They do not stand behind theyre warranties muchless recalls. We have a 2017 tundra that we bought from theyre dealership .which was the second one bought. the first one being in 2011. there was a recall on the transmission for this year model,(2011)which we were never informed of. Before the warranty whent out on this truck we took it to them and asked them to go over the truck real good so we could get anything fixed that required it.Of course they only found two minor problems and fixed them.
2-3 wks later the pumps in the transmission started makeing noise.took it in. and was told that it was trans pumps and would be 2700.00 in parts alone,not counting the out ragous labor cost.mind you we still dont know there is a recall on 2011 transmission.Not one was honest enough to say sir theres a recall let me see if i can help you.Instead knowing we didnt have this kind of money laying around or did we want to take futher chances ,we traded for a new truck. Just to let you know there was barely 100,000 on that truck.So now we have traded,part of the trade was an agreement to put a spray in bedliner in this truck.
when i called they said they would give me a drop in liner.i wouldnt agree to that.so we never received the bedliner.Now that we have the new truck i watch for recalls.How ever we did receive one in the mail this time.They were haveing problems with the supports on the bumpers. We had not gotten the recall long before my husband was getting out of the bed and stepped down
on a bumper that fell with him. Hurting his back and knee. Now his knee is in need of surgery. anyways took the truck in and the bumper didsnt get fixed. said that it wasnt theyre responsiabilty to put the bumper back on,they were only responsiable for reinforceing the bumper. So to sum it up.They are liars wont stand behind the agreements they make, wont stand behind a warrenty much less a recall.And top put iceing on the cake i took my ford 500 in for matience and a few days later it started acting up. never had a days problem before.it has now been sitting in my yard undriveable. have had numerous people looking at it numerous parts puts changed out. still no car. So what what does i person think about this?
