These people canceled a birthday party for my son with less than 24hr notices. For several weeks I called to try and reschedule, but, was unable to. It's has been over a month and each time I call I am given a sad story of why my $75 deposit has not been refunded. Rob (the manager) that just answered told me he has not seen the owner Chris Conway in over 3 weeks so what would I like him to do about it. Beyond unprofessional, this place is a complete scam. I paid for the deposit with a credit card and have yet to be refunded after several phone call attempts. Jennifer, Peabody, MA.
