Route 21 Trading is the worst possible shop for replacement motorcycle parts, Stay far away! I ordered a replacement carburetor for my antique motorcycle, 2 days after the install my bike wouldn't start, brought it back to Bob and was told the carburetor was defective and that I'd have to purchase another literally just days after purchasing the first one. The owner Bob (Robert) Russ was an absolute disgrace when I asked for the job to be covered under a warranty he refused and demanded I pay for the new part or leave the shop. Bob's profanity laced tirade against me went on for a few minutes until I decided to take my business elsewhere. This poster has posted the same line of crap on other web boards as well. Details will follow regard the total validity of this, as it is entirely fake.

There are several problems with this posting. Below is a list of the problems and the reasons why the entire post is a fabrication or an incorrect identity.
1) Poster has sent me message through our company website stating he posted to this site and the ones listed above. The messages he sent me were sent through "xww.ro" - free dereferer service. The poster is attempting to hide.
2) Poster calims on Complaintsboard that it took place in Hermon Maine. Then in Hermon NY. They also claim to live in Hermon NY.
3) They clain to have purchased a replacement carburetor for a motorcycle from us. The problem with this statement is that we do not sell replacement carburetors for motorcycles. We sell replacement carburetors for snowmobiles and lawn and garden equipment but not motorcycles. A quick check of our company website at rt21trading.com will show this to be true.
3) Poster claims to have had argument in my shop regarding return. My shop has been closed for close to 10 years. The building is slowing rotting into the ground and there has been no repair for anyone since the doors were closed. If he had an argument with me it was 10 years at least. As far as the someone cursing at him, it was NOT me but I can easily see why someone would. Most people do not like liars.
4) It definately sounds like it was written by someone who could know me personally but obviously does not know that the shop is not operational and that I only do a small mail order parts business. There never was any conversation to return a carburetor. We have never sold a motorcycle carburetor. And the inident is totally fabricated.
5) Poster violated several rules of RipOFFReport and the other site by listing private information including email address and phone number.
I demand to see an invoice, purchase contract, photos of the bike, carburetor, and all other pertient information regard this so called transaction. I already know it can not be produced because the trasaction never happened.
