i went to purchase a car and a group of kids were running around barefooted and jumping all over the new cars in the showroom, i saw one kid run thru the
parking lot and almost get hit by a car . i went to tell the receptionist and she told me it was the owners and the general managers kids, and that they make a mess and spill soda and damage the cars i asked the person why they allow it and they told me not to complain because they do not care . she told me that they have annoyed customer and have effected sales. they also told me that the owner and the gneral manager do not care because they are both in a relationship with each other and if a employee complains they will be fired on the spot. she told me that if i complane to the general manager he will kick me out of the store.

i then waited to see lamont majeda and he was eating lunch and could not be bothered. i had a appointment but was 10 minutes late. now he made me wait 25 minutes till he finished his lunch. once i saw him about my car he informed me that i was late and had to make a new appointment to get the delivery. at that time i wanted to cancel my order for my car and they told me i could not . i decided to cancel my check from the bank, it was a deposit and i got a call from lamont yelling at me telling me i cannot back out of the order, i told him it was only a deposit but he started to yell at me.

i then came in the next day and spoke to ed witeman and he also told me i was out of luck and that they wanted the $ i left as a deposit. i told him how unhappy i was and he told me that i should have thought about it before i left the deposit . i walked out and the receptionist , who i met the other time, told me ed witeman was the guy with the kids running around all over the place. they should rename the dealership "gymborie" and not route 23 honda, i will never recommend this store to anyone as long as i live

Too many details to be genuine.  This isn't the way we do business, a simple visit to our dealership will illustrate that.  Our store is the antithesis of dirty, in fact we often get comments on how clean and well kept the place is. In fact we just won Best Dealership in North Jersey from The Suburban Trends readers poll.

No one is fired on the spot for complaining, thats plain dumb and illegal.  Managers eating and ignoring customers?  Rediculous.  We wouldn't be near as successful as we are! 

Kids running around with no shoes?  Yeah, we have kids, but they are teens and have responsibilites and are well behaved.  We welcome a visit our store and make your own assesment.
