Complaint Review: Route 60 Hyundai

Me and my wife went to rout 60 hundia and was instructed to fill out papers that took hours because we were under the impression that we were approved for a car loan, we were instructed that we also needed to place insurance on the 2012 Hyundai Sonata so we went and spent 500 dollars and then we gave a $500 deposit and drove the car off the car lot and everything was good until a week later when we were called in because we were told that a work verification needed to be filled brought in to verify employment so we went in to show them and as soon as we arrived we were approached by to big guys who asked us for the keys to the car and told us that we were not qualifyed to have the car.   

We requested for our money back and it took days to give back and they returned it in a check when we just gave them cash and refused to give us back our gas money being that it was empty but brought back on full. my wife was unable to make it to work for a few days and almost got fired.
