Route 65 Auto Sold bad parts, didn't ship replacement as indicated, then didn't give credit New Castle Pennsylvania

I purchased a used radio from them. It took a while for it to ship, when I finally got it and went to install it. It didn't work. I contacted them and they said they would send another and not to ship it back. Well, what they didn't tell me was they didn't have another and that they would be looking for one.

When I finally found this out, I asked for a refund. I was told I would be getting a credit. well, my credit card bill came and went, and I didn't get a credit. I asked about it again, and was told they had posted it and would look into it. I still don't have my credit or a working radio. I ended up taking my old one out, completely disassembling it and getting it to work.
