This company has been asked to bill me so that I may settle my debt, but keep trying to debit, now they're calling my job & co-workers daily, even after I've asked them to stop. I have emailed them, gone to my bank's branch to discontinue the auto drafts, ect... I am in no way trying to get out of paying these companies, I just want them to bill me, let me settle and stop calling me. They're based out of India, so there's a language barrier and they are not only calling my job daily, but now pressing Zero and harrassing my co-workers. This has got to be stopped.

Payday SCAM explained

Route 66 Funding/BIG/ Cash Today/ Interim Cash/ GFSIL were all part of the Heathmill group of companies run by Aaron Gershfield, Lorraine Coombes, Marc Surrey, Darren Webb, and Dan Craddock out of Northway House in London, England. For a $200 loan, you would by deafult, pay only a $80 "processing fee" every two weeks forever . . . UNLESS you called and authorised them to take the full $280 back on your first payday after taking out the loan. Of course, even if you DID call, the $80 would come out anyway.

None of the "processing fees" went towards the repayment of the loan principal so many customers paid several $80 fees, sometimes totalling thousands of dollars, but still maintained the initial $200 loan balance so the "processing fees" would build up forever. And THAT is how they made money. Fortunately, the entire lending operation was shut down after an FTC lawsuit last year after Gershfield was forced to pay a $1m fine for violating lending laws. You can read all about it on the FTC's website. If you pull the actual lawsuit and filings from the Nevada court (available online), you will see just how calculated this enterprise was. Everything was geared around making money and then not paying any tax on that money. At the time, there was a parallel criminal investigation conducted by the FBI but that was suspended pending the outcome of the civil suit with the FTC. Now that has been settled, the criminal probe will have resumed.

They are now using the untaxed, hidden, income generated from the payday loan business to run new businesses in the UK under the names of Eyecare International and Bodycare International. These are mobile testing trailers which go around local businesses and perform health checks on staff, for a fee. Look out for these ventures if they ever come on the USA. They are not businesses I would personally deal with because I know the type of tactics these people use to collect money "owed" to them.

Aaron Gershfield is a FRAUD!

Route 66 Funding is the brainchild of the extremely corrupt London based tycoon Aaron Gershfield. Along with other companies like Cash Today, GFSIL, BIG, and Interim Cash, his Heathmill and Meade Investments have stolen millions from American bank accounts to line the pockets of this fat greedy b*****d!

FInally, the Nevada authorities and the Federal Trade Commission caught up with him and forced him to close this illegal empire down. But he only had to pay a tiny $1million fine and got to keep the over $200million he'd stolen and hidden prior to then.

And what has he used that money for? To make the exrememntally bad film "Three & Out" which was SO bad, that it was the biggest flop in UK Cinema history. Nobody wants to see this stinking bomb of a film. He also makes very bad quality and illegal to drive trailers in the UK using unskilled Romanian workers and other immigrants with no right to work there. He uses these in his Eyecare international and Bodycare International businesses. These are mobile testing trailers that go around and try to sell people glasses and medical tests, but it's just another rouse to get peoples bank acount details and then slowly drain their accounts dry. Same scam, just a different country.

Type in "aaron gershfield fraud" into Google and you will start to get a picture of what this man is like. Also, read all about it under "Eyecare International" on the Fraudbug.com website. You can also read all about him at debtconsolidationcare.com using the same search terms and as well on the credit magic website. His cohorts in the UK are Ian Foster Harries, Stephanie Lara Kleyman, Yogesh Bafna, Ivor Gershfield, Sandeep Chauhan, Mark Gottlieb, Tara Kozal, Tim Johnson, Oliver Gershfied, Verra Mawhinney, Ed Fraser, Andrew Osman, Lorraine Coombes, Marc Surrey, Costas Micheal and Lorretta Pryor, all of whom make up the Northway House team while the American fraud was headed up by George Meade, Jim Harris, Mark Borel, and Danilla Pretson out of Reno, Nevada under the names Waterfront Investments and ACH Cash Services.

All of the current illegal activity is carried out at Northway House at 1379 High Road Whetstone, London N20 9LP and you can contact Aaron at aarong@meadeplc.com and tell him exactly what you think of him. He has other businesses like Coffee & Tease, a coffee shop located at Northway House which will soon be closed down for health code violations as well as a sweatshop factory in Colindale called Flexible Mobility run by Australian backpackers where the trailers are made. All of the companies lead back to The Harris Holdings, an offshore holding comapny contolled by the JBH Trust.

In London, they go by various names including Meade Investments Plc and Rovinge International, Heathmill Business Services, MacCarthey & Allen, and Zorro Law,  all of which are Gershfield front companies for more fraudulant activity.

The latest news from London is that many governmental agencies are closing in on them and so being the coward that he is, Aaron Gershfield has fled the county as there are too many people looking for him and he's been considred a liability. Also the banks are about to call in several loans before the Gershfield companies default on them.

All of Gershfield's "business" ventures are very poorly run scams blinded by greed, which is why they have ultimately all failed.
