on august 5, 2016 i purchased a 2011 volkswagen tiguan from capital eurocars in tallahassee, florida..they had inspected the car before i purchased it..they are a very reputable dealership..when i took the car back on august 17 with a coolant leak they also discovered an oil leak..at first route 66 refused to cover any of the work saying it was preexisting conditions using the excuse that i had called asking about their coverage on the day the car was purchased..the handout was confusing so i did call for some clarification and got hung up on..i called them after the service guy told me this and got them to cover the water pump but not fully..they steadfastly refused to acknowledge the oil leak..there is nothing in the policy..what there is of it..about any waiting time period for coverage..their claim is that the oil leak could not have occurred withing the two weeks i had had the car..

this is also a complaint about florida state university credit union which will have a separate entry..when i tried to take my problem to stacie beddard at florida state university credit union in crawfordville she was hostile and took the immediate hostile attitude that it was a preexisting condition..she refused to hear anything i had to say and told me to leave..to date this issue is still not resolved..
