UPDATE on Route 1

Route One Research did finally pay their invoice, considerably late. When a company tells me that they have to delay paying their invoice for some time because they ran out of money, it does not inspire me to do business with them. I prefer to work with companies that can pay their bills on time.

Route One Research Pays All of Its Bills

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

The complaint by the telemarketer is believed to have been posted in April 2012 by Ernie Jantzen of Aldergrove BC.

Ernie started working for Route One Research Services in November of 2011, and worked for us until April 2012.  During this time he presented numerous problems, but we always paid his invoices, including his final invoice for which he had done very little work.  In total we paid him $1,275.70.

We laid him off in April 2012 partly because he had not generated enough sales to pay for his salary, but also because he increasingly was resisting doing the work.  Apparently, in light of his report, he took the lay off harder than he let us know.  It's unfortunate he took the route he did.

Rest assured that Alison Wheatley and Route One Research Services pays all our bills.
