I received a $200 loan from this place back on March 23rd. My understanding with the gal, who was very difficult to understand, was that my payment would be $79.

She had asked for the next 3-4 pay periods, which I gave here. The $79 was taken out of my account on the following dates:March 31, April 14, April 28, May 12, May 26, and June 9. This equals $474.00 in which not one cent has gone towards the $200 borrowed.

I received a call from a gal on June 30th at my work place. Again, someone who can't speak very good English. I told her I thought the payment was paid in full. She said it was not until the payment of $279 was paid at one time. She gave me a number to call.

I called that number and got a guy, again, not English and he told me to call back in 10-15 minutes. I did and had to leave a message.

A gal called me back, again, not English. She then turned me over to a supervisor. He couldn't help me and again, not an English speaking person. He told me to call that phone number again. I did; left a message again. Did not hear back from anyone.

When I got home I decided to email the company. As of today, July 7th, I have not received a call or email from them.

I had gone to my bank on July 3 to stop any payments from my account. I had to write up a note and get it back to the bank. I did this and it was delivered to the bank on July 5th.

Another payment of $79 was taken out of my account on July 7th. This makes $553. What kind of a profit do they need. I was desperate for the loan, but I don't and can't afford this kind of repayment. If I had known this, I wouldn't have done it.

What else can I do about this. I emailed them again today and told them that not one more cent will be going to them. That, in fact, they owe me the overpayment.
