In October 2010 I ordered a Fuse Box from Roverland Parts, Inc in Tampa, Florida and when it arrived it immediately showed a fault on the my vehicles computer.  Robert Kempton, owner claims every  part is tested prior to shipment, but that can't be true as they would have discoverd the fault during testing.  My claim is the Fuse Box was extremely defective and to prove that I have attached two photos of the part in question.  You can see that it was cracked and damaged...these photos don't lie.  When I asked for a replacement they said their were none available and that I would be forced into a store credit.  I selected them for the Fuse Box not a credit on their other products, so I sent the defective part back and wanted a refund. During my request I endured name calling and the worst customer service in the industry.  Please see below the comments from Robert Kempton.   
 
Net is, I ordered a part, it was extremely defective and with no replacement available Im due a refund of $150, not a "store credit" for parts I don't need.
 
Quotes from Mr. Kempton to me in writing:
 "we didn't have the option of choosing you as a customer.  you are a moron."
 "We are not unethical,  however you are a liar."
