Complaint Review: Rowe Crankshaft Specialists

In May 2017 I entered into a contract with Crankshaft Specialist Memphis TN to supply me with three automotive 4340 forged cranks. He said he had the cores already, that they just needed to be machined, and that I would have them in 4-5 weeks. Now after literally dozens and dozens of phone calls and almost 11 months later, I still have nothing but a host of empty promises and outright lies. I’ve contacted various agencies in the last few months. That seemed to spark a response from "Doug” for awhile but still not enough to get me my cranks or my money back. The only things I’ve received in the last couple of months are more empty promises and some blurry, partial pictures of what’s supposed to be one of my crankshafts. I’ve since mailed the paperwork to take him to civil court for "breach of contract”. He leaves me no other choice at this time. If anyone is thinking about getting anything from this person or business I recommend that you run, don’t walk, the other way. You’ll be glad you did I’m sure.
