I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME ROXIO USER BUT UNFORTUNATELY COREL HAS TAKEN THEM OVER. WHEN I TRY AND REINSTALL ROXIO CREATOR 11 WITH THE CORRECT SERIAL NUMBER THEY SAY THEY NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS PRODUCT. WHEN I LOAD THEIR NEW PRODUCT CREATOR NXT 2 TO A WINDOWS MACHINE IT WILL NOT OPEN. WHEN I GO TO THE SUPPORT PAGE THEY SAY I NEED A SUPPORT CODE WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED DESPITE BUYING THE PRODUCT TWICE AND REGISTERING IT 3 TIMES. WITHOUT SUPPORT, I CANNOT USE IT AND THERFORE CONSIDER THEIR OPERATION FRAUDULENT.
