know him and his crew are responsable for another theft......Do not hire this person because he will ripp you off.........I will need to testify against him very soon, but he knows nothing of this.

finally after a year plus marc labate the guy who wrote all these things about me gets arrested for filing a false police report on me that i stole checks from him.
i was contacted early this week from the detective, the DA had requested for him to submit the paper work and he was arrested for filing the false police report.
vindication is sa-weeeet. do not trust ANYTHING marc labate says about anyone on this site. it is a facade, he is the true rip off con artist. also labate has been indicted for felony fraud. do a search on the travis county website under records and you can find it. or you can email me for the case number. its all true. one more source is youtube just type in his name and you will see the story that channel 7 (7oys) did on him.
