Roy's Auto Repair and Sales Deceptive and Dishonest Georgia
Used these guys a few times on other cars. I took my Cadillac in and that’s when the true nature of Roy the owner and Paul came out. They had me paying for parts that never addressed the problem. After returning several times to fix the problem I just decided to take the car to a more a reputable shop were the problem was solved in on first visit. There is limited parking and security. One of the cars was vandalized and I had a part stolen off of one of my other cars. This shop is dishonest and money hungry. As long as you are spending money the owner is the most affable guy you want to meet. When it comes to resolution conflict he is a loose cannon. It appears that he has an issue with people of color as I watched him abuse a customer of and had the gall to tell me he is not a racist.
