Called me 'SWEETHEART" AND SAID i SHOULD GET MY HEARING CHECKED. So completely rude and Yelling phone maners. Would never drive that far to pay 450 for a transmission when I can get it for 175 ten min from my house. Jerk. Would not give me name of owner. Just said that he runs the place. What a rude sad man.

I use them for parts all the time and the price has never gone up on me like that, it has actually gone down before. I get in there and they say lets see if we can get you a better deal. If you are worried about that in the future, you can look up the parts on their web site and it will give you the price, then print it off and bring it in. I do avoid dealing with the owner when I go in, he can seem rude to people. Just look for the 2 or 3 guys at the big counter, not the 1 guy at the small counter.
