Royal Administration Services fraudulent, misleading and misrepresentation of their warranty products, whoever heard of warranty with no rental at drop-off Hanover Massachusetts

Purchased the extended warranty through BNM Auto Sales 4301 Rte 130 South in Beverly New Jersey near Burlington New Jersey.

Royal Administration Services denied covered repairs on at least 3 or 4 claims submitted by an authorized maintenance shop in Maple Shade, New Jersey.

Duped by BNM Auto Sales in Beverly New Jersey when they suggested and sold me the warranty with Royal Administation Services by telling me I would receive a rental when my vehicle had to be serviced for covered repairs.

BNM Auto Sales neglected to tell me prior to vehicle and extended warranty purchase that the "rental option" actually only allowed a rental vehicle for the time frame it took the shop to "physically" remove/replace parts and didn't allow the rental to be available from time of initial drop-off of my auto to the shop, diagnostic and trouble-shooting time, ordering parts, etc. All the things one would expect a rental option to cover.

In regard to the "rental option" Ex: 4hr time frame to remove/replace AC based on Royal Administration Services. If car dropped on on Friday( no rental available until confirmation# received) and if parts,repairs weren't able to be completed by end of day, no transportation to work(called out) and w/o transportation for the entire weekend.
