Complaint Review: Royal Air Duct Cleaning

I purchased a Groupon to have my air ducts cleaned.  Scheduled an appointment with the company within 3 days of Groupon purchase.  They were to come out the following week.  When the appointment time came up, no one showed up.  No one called either.  When I called the main number, they told me they had a "scheduling conflict" and had to re-schedule me.  This occurred 2 times.  I finally got tired of it and asked Groupon for a refund and I was told that the vender has marked it "redeemed" therefore I cannot get a refund.

Its been 3 months now and still no signs of my air ducts being cleaned.  I was scammed out of the $125.  If you're considering this company, please re-consider.
