Complaint Review: Royal American Management

I hope to God the US Attorneys Office or FBI reads this. The management company has all their families & friends living there not to mention the employees themselves. Falsification of applications. Illegal & undocumented individuals living under false names. Their families paying only 30% . Running bussiness out of the property. Management gets kickbacks from companies that allegedly give services to Seniors. If you say anything at all they will not fix anything at all for you. You get threatened. All employees are related to office staff. They dont return owed money not to mentioned being asked for money for themselves. Highly corrupt. I truly pray that the Feds do check this place out. They do it in all their properties. There are many of us waiting but we end up paying rents so high tenants leave. They use the clubhouse for their and their friends parties. If anything at all please contact the Federal Authorities. They will be shocked.
