We bought a $2500.00 video camera. (Originally they said it would cost $1600.00, but sent us the more expesive one and charged us the higher price.) That was the first rip-off. Then we purchased a 4 year, $300.00 Production Service Plan.

Less than a year later, the camer failed. We sent it to the repair tech. They told us it would be 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, we called and they said, "Oh no, it will be more like 8-10 weeks." They said there was a part ordered from Japan, but when they received it it was wrong, and they had to reorder it.

14 weeks later, no word. When we call the company, the least time we have to wait is 45minutes. Today my husband called and waited 45 minutes. I called 3 hours later and waited for 1 hr. Finally a woman came on and told me to hold. I held, and then was disconnected. I think they know our number and don't want to talk to us.
They finally called, my son answered, and they told him the warrenty was no good, because the camera had water damage. They took 14 weeks to tell us that.Now they want to discontinue the 4 yr. warrenty and have us sign a contract to this effect.

This has been one of the most frustrating companies I have ever delt with. They have lied to us over and over and will not return our calls
