We receive frequent emails from Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines featuring cruises with prices and dates that are unavailable.

Calls to reservations and customer service result in being told that these prices were never available for sailings listed in the advertisement. We were told to put money down to hold the last cabin they said was available until customer service could work out the issue.

We were not able to reach the customer service agent responsible and calls were not returned. Referred to executive resolutions department who claims that the email was correct but cabins not available. They were not willing to honor the advertisement and are taking an undue amount of time to process the refund.
