I have been getting the run around from Royal Caribbean
I booked a 50th birthday party, directly through the cruise line Groups department. I was told by booking 8 cabins I will get one fare credit. $290.00 I have two of my group members that did not pay their gratuties so I was told that amount will be deducted and I will receive $231.00. On three different occasions I have called to inquire and was told the funds should be credited to my account within 3 days. The cruise was March 24th-27th on Monarch of the Seas, and to date I have received no refund yet. The person I was dealing with name is Pricilla she work in the Groups department of Royal Caribbean.

That is what they want is money Wilma. They do not care about you or your refund. I hope you get it but RCCL has gone totally down hill in the past years and I would suggest that you try another cruise line that appreciates their customers as well as those that get the people together to take the cruise in the first place.
