Royal Carribean cruise line Refusal to cancel trip pot canavernal florida
I contacted Royal carribean to get options on my cruise coming up in may 2020. I do not want to be stuck on a cruise ship for weeks beacuse of the coronvirus. I was thinking about delaying my cruise for a few months but when i spoke to customer service they gave me the run around would not delay or cancel my cruise and put me on hold and never came back.
I go on a cruise every year. It is fraud to take my money and then not speak with me to find a solution. I want my cruise cancelled and every dollar i gave them returned to me.
