Royal Chevrolet ripoff! 3 of the 4 problems with my car weren't fixed, but THEY got some good music out of the deal! Bloomington Indiana
i took my car in first thing in the morning for repairs to the window, AC control, a strange noise, & extremely high fuel consumption. i was listening to my "J-Pro" cd when i dropped it off around 8am & when i got the car back around 3:30pm, something different was in the cd player. when i stopped the car to put the cd back in, it was gone; along with many others(including some belonging to my 5 year old son).
i immediately went back to report this, & was assured it would be taken care of. when i returned home i called to check out the progress on the situation & was told i needed to repurchase the cd's i had already owned so they could reimburse me. at that time i told them it wasn't possible to replace a few because they were exclusive mixes sold in another town, & i didn't feel it was fair that i had to go through all that considering one of their employees had stolen something out of my car while it was being "repaired" by them. they needed to go buy them & hand deliver them to me; including the ones out of town.
the general manager said he would call me back. it has been a month- i still as of this moment, haven't received that call, my cd's, or reimbursement.
Plus my car is still not repaired because when i took it back, they said i couldn't stay in the back to make sure nothing else was stolen, i would "just have to remove anything of value."
