on sunday..april 25 2004 in calgary, my husband and i attended a sales meeting/seminar about some time share condos in the canmore ab area. we decieded to place a 900 hundred dollar deposit(cheque) for one of these shares. the next day,(april 26 2004) having slept on it, we decieded that because of the companies point system and some other factors we would cancell our deposit.

i phoned the number of the contact person in calgary and was given a long distance number in edmonton of a ms.kim schram. she informed us that we would have to surrender the paper work in order to recieve our money back so we mailed it to her. after waiting more than a week we phoned her back, she then told us the a refund chequehad been be mailed out on the follow friday (as friday was when all the cheques were cut and signed). we waited about 10 days and still no refund cheque, as we tried numerous times to reach miss schram but she was always unavailable, finally we were given the name and number of a mr andre muran, the ceo and president of the company.

we then called mr muran(again long distance in edmonton)he assured us that there was a mix up but our cheque would be in the mail that friday. well... after 2 weeks, still no cheque and as of this date july 5 2004, we have tried numerous times to reach someone via phone but all we get is voice mail, we have still not heard back from mr muran or anyone else at royal club resorts and still have not recieved our refund!!
