They called me at the end of July saying that i would get a credit card with a limit up to $2500. It took them almost 3 weeks to take the money from my account in the first place. That should have been a red flag right there. They also said that if i needed to, i could take a do a cash advance when i got the card. If need be, they said, and that it would be around 20-25 dollars a month to pay that back.

When they finally did take the money out on 7-25-03 it took them almost 2 months to send me a package with a debit type card application. I already have a debit card and there was no need for me to get another one and have to pay a $17 fee everytime they transfer the money. And a coupon book that i would not be able to use almost any of the coupons in there. There was hardly anything in it from my area.

When i called them back, they said to return the package and call in one week. I called within a week and then they told me to give it 10-15 days like when they sent the package (wich took them over 2 months).

I have called them every week so far, then when i called them today they said my account was closed and that i would nee to call Royal Credit Solutions in Florida. I asked for a phone number and very rudely they told me i had to call information.

They only number i could come up with was the same number they gave me from the start.

I am a single mother and i need help. I live on a very limited budget and it took a lot to come up with that money, but i thought it would be nice to have a card to fall back on in needed situations.

Do not let them take your money also. Do not give them any information, and if they call you tell them NO!!!!!

Within 3 weeks i did get my money back

I did go the the police here, and the took my statement but acted like i shouldnt have even filed a report. I did go through the bank and filed a fraud report. Within 3 weeks i did get my money back from that company. I wish i would have known all of this information before. I could have prevented this from happening the second time. The first time it happened it was because i beleived in this company. The second time it had happened, it was becuase i didnt know i should have closed my account and that they could sell my information to other people. They sent a letter with an apolgy. But still, it prevented me from taking a trip over the holidays just trying to get caught up. I wish i would have had the inforamtion on how to get my money back the first time though. I could have used that money. Oh well, i know what to do now. Thank you for the help.

Don't Give Up The Fight

I also was ripped off by this company. Please help all of us fight this. I'm not sure if you can go to your bank and get your money back, but you can try. From what I've read though you have to do it within 60 days.

However, there are other ways to go about bringing them down. I have already begun the process, but the more people to help the better. I am sure that you don't have much time being a single mother, but you can still help.

Please read my rip off report it will give you more information. There are like four different numbers you can try to call, about seven different addresses that you can write to, but most of all we have an advocate on our side...

So there is a ton of contacts on my report. Some of them may not apply to you because of the area that you live in, but you can use whatever you think might help.

The more people that file complaints against these people the better. And don't even bother with the Better Business Bureau, they're a scam in themselves. They are only out to protect the people who pay them.

You need to go to the attorney general, and all the other law inforcement agencies that you can think of.

Please join the fight, and help us bring these people down. We need to stop these people. We need to prevent them from doing this to other people.

I am also going to contact my local news and try to get them to run a report on this company in their consumer reports segment. If your local news has something like that you should try that too.

I would love to hear what everyone is doing to bring these people down, so please respond if you have the time.
