Royal Credit Solutions HUGE RIP-OFF CREDIT CARD SCAM I returned package for full refund yet they claim they didn't receive it. Palm Beach Gardens Florida
This company contacted me via phone telling me that I have been approved for a 2500 credit card and all I have to do is give them 296 for a one time processing fee and I will get my package on improving credit and my credit card in the mail within 16 business days.
Two months passed and then I received a damaged package with no card, only some forms about royal credit solutions. I called customer service and they told me to return the package via priority mail or some mail company where I can track the package and they will give me a full refund.
I returned the package. I have proof that it was delivered yet every time I call customer service they keep telling me that the package has not arrived. I want this company to pay. I am a student and this was a lot of money they took from me. Please help me.
