this company is somthing else be cause they (I BELIVE) ARE RIPPING OFF THE POSTAL SYSTEM! I was given a tracking number that has stayed in Springfield Mass. since August 8. I don't know how they did it at Royal but they now say the U.S. Post Office has to pay me the money back. I believe thaat is illegal because I don't believe they sent anything in the first place.
