Royal Credit Solutions ripoff dishonest giving false information very rude theifs non-professonal like Palm Beach Gardens Florida

As of early July'2003 a Molly Parker(sales)calling and bothering me at work for at least about a week saying that I was approved for this credit card and trying to get some kind of payment for it.

I spoke with a man named Anthony Marcus(Processor)on July 25,2003 Royal credit solutions(Client care relations)debit my card for the amount of $296.00.

On August 11,2003 I spoke with an employee there by the name of Hunter and he told me I would recieve the package with the card in the mail in 10-15 days from the time they debit the money from my account.

Well, it was way over 10-15 days so I called back on August 22,2003 and spoke with Patrick to check if there was a problem with the package, because they have already taken the money from my account and I did not recieve anything yet.

All those times I have called they have been giving me run arounds always telling me that It's on the way it's not their fault it's the post office's fault for being late.

I called back on September 4, 2003 @ 9:00 am Hawaii time and spoke with a really rude non-professional like, man named Vincent.

He was not cooperative as I tried to get information or wanting to speak with his manager to resolve this matter. He told me that I cannot speak with his manager like it was a joking matter and his manager has no direct line where he can give out to myself.

I was so furious at this point I only wanted a refund back of money that they took from me. I live in Hawaii and I don't have much to begin with. I am trying to get my life back on track and also rebuild my credit and this kind of crooks/theifs take from innocent people.

I finally recieved the package and payed for the shipping: certified mail and sent the package right back asking for a full refund back with a letter signed and dated to Royal credit solutions (Client care relations).

On Monday October 27, 2003 I spoke with a Natalie and she said that they recieved that package on October 1, 2003 and I will be refunded to call back.

Next day October 28,2003 Tuesday I spoke with Elaine and she told me that the company can hold my money for up to 30 business days, it's a new law thing. "PA-LEASE"

Now it's, November 21,2003 and I spoke with Vincent on the phone and he tells me that it's held up with the processors have to do the paperwork for the refund.
