Complaint Review: Royal Credit Solutions

At this moment, I am steamed and want nothing more than to bring this "Royal Credit Solutions" down. This Company has to be the biggest fraud.

They called me and told me I would be eligable for a credit card up to $2500 and told me all I had to do was send them $296. The biggest mistake I made was giving them my account no#. after about 4 1/2 weeks I finally got a package which was not a credit card at all but a book of coupons and a form for a debit card which I can gain credit from my bank.

I called them and told them I'm returning the package and expect a refund to my account. In return they stated that in order for me to get any refund they would need to get the package (fair enough). I wrapped the package up and shipped it to them. After 1 week, I recieved no response and no refund in my account. I called them and they claimed they did'nt recieve my package. After a while my patience has worn out and I became furious.

They laughed at me and hung up the phone. 4 weeks later I called them back and they told me the same thing. I still have not recieved any refund and have not heard anything from them.

I have been ripped off $296. At this point I'm getting a lawyer and suing them for the amount owed under the Consumers Rights Act and hopefully take the whole company down. These people are sick and twisted and they deserve to go to jail.
