Royal Credit Solutions this business is a scam. It scammed me out of $1930. Lenders are based in canada Boston Massachusetts
i recieved a phone call saying we were approved for a $5000.00 loan and all we would have to do was send them $950.00 for the first six months payment. We sent them that and they called back wanting another $950.00 because they do a final evaluation and our credit was not good and they raised the loan amount to $7000.00. We sent the payment on Friday and they said the money would be in our account by that Saturday no later than 3:30pm.
When it wasn't i called them up and they said it probably wouldn't show up until monday but that it had been released into our account. We waited until Monday and when it wasn't in there I called them backup and they said that there was a problem with the lender and that the lender wanted more money but they were going to close my account and refund us our $1900.00 plus $200 for my trouble along with the $30 moneygram fees and we would receive it no later than 2/15/2008.
So far we have not received our money back. When I called them again they said if i don't stop calling them they were going to take me to court for harassment. I would advise that anyone being contacted by these people just let them know you are not interested and hang up because they will rip you off and you won't receive a dime from them.

Our company, Royal Solutions, LLC, is a registered business in the state of IL. We are approved and have no complaints with the BBB or FTC. We are a computer IT services company outside of St. Louis. We also represent the Microsoft brand as a partner of the software. We have been in business for over 10 years. In the past 6 months, as the owner of my company, I have received daily calls from banks and credit card companies (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase) asking us if we are Royal Solutions Group or Credit. They ask if we will refund charges for the credit card. The bank usually has the consumer on the line as well. Lately the company performing this fraud has started using our toll free number 866-394-0334. What I tell the caller and bank is that the company that took their money was prosecuted by the FTC and give them that case number if they want it. I also tell them that they only way to catch the Royal Solutions Credit or Group is to get their bank to trace the charges back to the back that received their money ASAP. Here is some other information as well.
