I received a letter dated 06/15/09. The letter stated I had won $1,850,000.00. All i needed to do to collect the winnings was send $19.00 to this company named Royal Crown Compendium Issuance. I mailed a money order to said company on 08/03/09 as of this day I have heard nothing from the company.
