Complaint Review: Royal Decameron Beach Resort Golf Spa & Casino

First time, I have been in this "Decameron" resort in Panama. The resort is alright except the standard of the resort is like a *** or less stars. This big "Ripoff" is about the availability of internet in this resort. You may want to think this "International" resort has a wide internet availability for the guest, but it does not have.

First, you can buy a $10 internet card to use in each of the internet terminal (Only two in each lobby). This card is good for only 24 Hours.

Second, there is a $15 internet card to purchase for only 24 hrs. and it is not accumulative. In other words, the time on the card begins immediately after you start using it and it ends after 24 hrs.

Internet wireless is only good in the lobby. There is no internet availability in the rooms.

This one thing that makes this resort below 5-star.
