There are so many companies that are ripping off customers I wanted to  make sure this one was reputable. So many send items that are not what they claim, so being able to protect one's self is of utmost importance.

I was just about to purchase from this company when the following caught my eye on their "Return & Exchange Policy":

We are proud of the fact that our sheets are the best in terms of price and quality. You will love them and that's our promise.

Unfortunately, three lines below this it states,

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used/washed items and for orders that are out of the 30 days return window.

I called the company and posed the simple question, "Will you return the item if it is used?" to which the reply was NO.

I followed with the obvious question, "How will I know that I love them if I can't use them?" to which he replied... "That is our policy."

I know that companies, as well as consumers must protect themselves, but if they were that confident in their product they wouldn't hide behind symantics which immediately raised a red flag on such a pricey item.

If the product is that good why promis on one hand that you will love the product and then create a deceptive policy on the other?
