Royal Garciia Cambogia Trial This website is very deceptive. With all the hype that promoters of garcinia-cambogia they offer you a free trial for 30 days supply for 4.99. Before you can give your info a pop-up screen appears saying that people ordering the garcinia cambogia also order green coffee extract for a trial offer of 4.99. There is no way to continue in your purchase of the first product without clicking on the pop-up. Internet
I was sure that Iwould have a chance to decide whether to order or not, but the click was the order. The website offered no way to ammend my order so I proceeded with the order. I received and tried the GC but just threw away the green coffee. The GC did nothing to help me lose weight. I gained a pound or so. I did not reorder not worry about an autoship because the website said you didn't have to sign up for autoship. It did not mention that it would be autoshipped if you did not contact them in 14 days to cancel. Anyway, shame on me for not reading the small print--but there wasn't any! Not until I was charged $85.00 a piece on my credit card! I could not find any identifying info on their email telling me that they would be shipping me more.
I was able to reply to the email and they sent me an email saying they would discontinue autoship but apparently not refund me the money they charged the card because it was the full price of the product and I didn't discontinue it in the 14 days. The charges were not reversed. Today I was able to get their customer service number and was told that since it was a trial and not a sample I had to pay the entire price of the trial that was sent me. I protested and was given a $40.00 refund on both products. $30.00 loss on my part. Best they could do and at least it was something. However I hope no one ever buys anything from them again! Their website is uninformative and deceitfully designed. This is truly the first time I have been victim of such, as I purchase online all the time and have for years!
