Complaint Review: ROYAL HOLIDAY

ROYAL HOLIDAY CLUB is up to there same rip-off behavior again. Last year they assessed their members an additional fee of $250 in addition to the annual fee for Hurricane Katrina damages. Since it went so well last year with the influx of money. They decide to do another special assessment for 2008 of an additional $250. Just because of inflation etc... They were not affected by the hurricane this year.

Why was the cost of inflation not calulated into the $30,000 to $60,000 they charged for the initial cost of the membership.

This membership is a total RIP-OFF. I advise everyone to steer away from this club. After you purchase this worthless membership they charge you an astranomical all-inclusive fee when you attempt to use it. You are better off just booking on the internet at the individual hotels.

This company has headquarters in Mexico but the big firm, Royal Holiday Club Switzerland, is based in Swizerland. They send the bills from a collection company in Phoeniz, AZ.

After you purchase the membership they refuse to permit you to sell it. They want to keep you on the hook for life paying the annual maintence dues
THE WORST MISTAKE I MADE IN MY LIFE WAS JOINING ROYAL HOLIDAY

I WILL REGRET IT UNTIL I DIE, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I WILL BE FREE OF THEM. HOPEFULLy, I can save someone from making the same mistake.
