In 2014 I bought a timeshare in Mexico with Royal Holiday, I wanted to cancel it later because the benefits they promised me were not such, the seller promised us several things and already at home we saw that they are not in the contract. We wrote to them several times, we tried to cancel it in the 5 days, but we got long and after they answered we were told it was not possible. We have already paid off the membership, but the annuity costs are very high and it seemed to us that we were spending our money on something unnecessary.

Fortunately the lawyers of Mexican Timeshare Solutions helped us to cancel our timeshare, sincerely we do not trust from the beginning because after being scammed once is difficult, but little by little they made us feel trust and sincerely influenced the fact that we did not have to pay nothing in advance, so we felt we were not risking anything, if we did not cancel our contract, we did not have to pay anything.

We left fortunately, but I read stories of several people who have not run with the same luck and in the eagerness to take money from the lost try to sell their timeshare. We tried to do the same and when we were investigating to do it we realized the sad stories of other people who were scammed not only with their timeshare, but also with the resale of it. Be very careful, stay away from Royal Holiday or any other timeshare, because I saw that it is not only with Royal Holiday and also away from the resale companies or the type that only look for innocent people like us to continue cheating.

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare.
My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud.
I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
