I am a little upset about some things that I found out about the Royal Holiday package.  We noticed that in order to go on a cruise we would have to pay of it.  Our 15,000 credits will only give us a cash payment of $400.  This in no way can pay for a cruise.

We were told that with this package we would never have to pay for a vacation again.  We could just use our credits to go on a vacation or cruise.  Apparently this is not the case for a cruise.  No one told me about having to pay for the cruise.  I was told that my 15,000 credits would get me a 7 day vacation or cruise in an upscale room.  Also it seems that most of your vacation places require more than 15,000 credits even for an off peak time.

I do not appreciate being lied to.  It was bad enough that I was told it was a 90 minute presentation I was there for half a day.

I want to cancel, but they told me that tehy would keep my down payment if I cancell.  I am within my 30-45 day period.  My down payment was over $3,700.

I also had a horrible experience with them. I've purchased my timeshare 3 years ago, and it's been impossible to get out. I was pressured to sign a contract, and i was also scammed, they never did what they promised. We must do whatever it's in our hands to put finish to those thieves!!! I was looking for some information about this resort and all their scam tactics, and i've found these articles that have a lot of info about them, take a look:
