I got this time share while vacationing in Cancun Mexico, but I live in the U.S.When I purchased this time share the company gave me as an added bonus for signing up, a voucher worth $2000 to be reimbursed for air fair at any airline of my choosing.

After purchasing the time share from Royal Holiday I tried to redeem this voucher. I did everything their sales representative asked me to do in order to redeem the voucher. I sent them an e-mail with the receipt as they asked. I've been told at least a dozen times that I would receive a return call on the matter by at least 4 different representatives. I have not been able to speak to MY rep for the past 2 weeks because he is helping with another person and have stayed on hold for well over an hour. I have sent multiple emails requesting information without them being returned, while knowing that the initial receipt for the plane ticket was received at that email address. I was told by 2 different representatives that this should be up to 10 days turnaround time and it is now 6 weeks of waiting and passing me around on the phone trying to get information and to push this through.

For reasons of breach of contract I would like to end my contract with Royal Holiday. They've proven to be nothing but dishonest. I'd be willing to consider everything I've given them already (about 7,000 in the last 4 months) as money lost. I just don't want to be a member. At the very least I would like to get my money back for the airline tickets I purchased under the understanding I would be reimbursed.

Royal Holiday is one of the most fraudulent resorts, i fell into their lies a few years ago and when i was doing a research about this company i saw a lot of
people posting their horrible reviews against them, it helped me to open my eyes and see the reality of this Resort.
Please be careful, here's a website full with complaints of people who also got scammed by them:
