Complaint Review: Royal Ideas & inventions

We submitted our idea, they told us our idea was the top pick out of 70 others, that they hadn't seen such a good quality idea for so long, that they were really excited... which made us feel really excited.

Then they had drawings done, a contract drawn up, confidentiality agreements signed, processes were explained and we felt a sense of protection from these people. It sort of seemed

Then we paid them $13,000 for them to develop our idea and sell it into the market place. They were supposed to create a presentation, engineer type drawings, and present our idea to local and overseas manufacturers, while sending us monthly updates.

I tried to call them many times through out our experience, for some verbal updates and to ask questions etc. I almost always had to leave messages, which were hardly ever returned. As time went on there was less and less contact - if that's possible...
