Complaint Review: Royal Isles Apartments

Royal Isles is one of the cheapest places to live in in the greater Orlando, FL area... that is because it is a slum!  The complex is very old and appears to never have been renovated or modernized. Dispite the "background checks" they do on new tenants, the majority appear to be the lowest of criminals and gangmembers and drug addicts.

The appartments are in the most horrible conditions, ie: huge gaps between the floors and walls and ceilings, broken window locks, torn window screens (if there even is a screen) and a/c units with no filter fittings.

Just try and get some prompt maintenence service if you do live there. Such as for a busted door or broken window. You may have to wait for days, even weeks. In the meantime prompt service and maintenence seems to be no problem for the office building of the complex.

The slumlord in charge is a tyrant named Brenda. Avoid moving to this awful complex at all cost.
